Easter Biscuits and Nests

April is a time for warmer weather, longer days and new beginnings. Our food tastes change to embrace lighter recipes, and this month we have two recipes for biscuits which celebrate Easter and can be taken on picnics or eaten in the garden, as well as indoors. During the school holidays why not make the Easter Nests recipe with your kids – just be prepared for a nice messy kitchen afterwards!!
