TCP Open Meeting and AGM

Please join us at 7pm on Monday 11th March at the Centre, Tollesbury, for an open meeting, refreshments and our 2024 AGM.

Open Meeting and AGM

We will provide a full update on the Tollesbury School Decarbonisation Project and will summarise many of our other TCP projects that our working groups have been busy with.

There will be plenty of opportunities to have your say on what you’d like to see happening, so please do join us and encourage friends and neighbours to attend. You don’t have to be a member of TCP to come along.

Following a refreshment break we will hold the AGM, starting at 8:30pm. The formal business of the AGM (only members of TCP can vote) will be as follows:

• Apologies
• Approval of minutes of last AGM
• Presentation of audited accounts and questions
• Resolution to “accept the accounts for the year to 30th September 2023”
• Election of Directors of Tollesbury Climate Partnership
• Resignation of Board member(s) (rule 68)
• Election of Directors for a maximum of three years
• Appointment of the Chair of TCP by the Board for 2023- 2024
